Looking for a fun activity for this Earth's Day - Saturday April 21st? The City of San Clemente and the Watershed Task Force will be co-hosting the 16th annual Earth Day Festival, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21 at Parque Del Mar in the Pier Bowl near the San Clemente Pier.

Start with a morning beach clean up (8am). Supplies will be provided to all participants who want to walk the beach and collect trash and debris. Then come to the Parque del Mar - just above the Pier, and enjoy a free-to-the-public festival that will feature live music, educational displays, environmental vendors, and artists.

Soka University will celebrate the 17th Annual International Festival from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, May 5, 2018.  Enjoy 700 musicians and dancers performing on four stages, and over 250 non-profit, craft and business exhibitors.  The 2018 International Festival will again be part of the Orange County's Imagination Celebration, presented in cooperation with Arts Orange County and the Orange County Department of Education.

    The popular event in Dana Point which marks the 47th year of its existence this year, will start this following weekend ( March 3-4) and finalize on March 10-11 2018.

    The festivities on this two-weekend event brings together the community in no other way. Highlights for this year’s Festival of Whales, besides the incredible gray whale watching expeditions, include lessons by wildlife artist Wyland, Marine Mammal lectures, sailing and stand-up paddling clinics, Captain Dave’s Undersea Eco Carnival and the delectable 7th annual Whale of a Clam Chowder Cook-off.
