Today is the first day of Spring and although this has been a really almost non-existent winter for us here in Orange County, what Spring surely brings to our area is buyers and home owners ready to put their houses for sale on the market.

If you're thinking this spring is a good time to starting looking for a house, you are not alone. For many reasons (more inventory, kids in school, wanting to be in the new house for the Summer), many choose to start their house hunt in the Spring. Of course that's great for sellers wanting to get top dollar for their homes, but as a buyer, that might be a problem, as your 'OC Dream Home'  is also being spotted by other buyers.

Saturday March 15th - St Patrick's Day Dinner Dance

This one is at the Community Center from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. The 47th annual Dinner/Dance, raises funds for local organizations like the Boys and Girls Club, Fire and Police of the Year, Lifeguard of the Year, Laura's House and many other local organizations. Corned beef and cabbage dinner by Carbonara's Restaurant and music will make this a great evening. Wear your green for this Irish celebration and help support our city's organizations!
