Rancho Mission Viejo opening this weekend: Orange County's Last Big Development Targets 55+

rancho_mission_viejo_homesThis weekend ( June 29th- 30th 2013)  marks the highly anticipated grand opening of the 14,000-home inter-generational, planned community of Rancho Mission Viejo on a working 23,000-acre ranch in east San Juan Capistrano, of Orange County, CA.

To give some stats - Talega has approximately 3500 homes, Ladera Ranch tops it with approximate 7000 homes, now Rancho Mission Viejo will become one of the largest planned communities, not only in California, but in all Americas. An insteresting fact about this development: it targets the 55+ population, as 40% of the new homes will be exclusively built for these homebuyers.(Check out the Orange County 55+ communities already established)

New schools, parks, many facilities and approximately 17,000 acres of protected open space, up to five million square feet of commercial uses including shopping and employment centers, and a network of hiking/biking trails carefully integrated with some of the Ranch’s agrarian spaces and natural habitat makes this development and exciting opportunity.

San Juan Capistrano has a couple of other new neighborhoods, like the new gated community of Campanilla in the established San Juan Hills, and also nearby Talega offers newer resales on homes previously built. We would love to take the opportunity to introduce you to all of them and have our expert agents tell you all about the homes. Contact us and we will be happy to help you, at no cost to you, ever!
