Orange County Houses with Pools

Houses with Private Pools in Orange County, CA can be found in all the cities in the county. Many of the communities also have HOA pools, and some communities like condos, within a larger community, will often have a separate private pool for just the condos, plus access to the other pools within the community.

The houses in Orange have different styles of architecture, we will only focus on the pool part of the houses in this page. Many of the newer homes often feature pebble-tec and pebble-fina pools, are this a favorite due to the feel it has and the different finishes it can give to a pool, giving it personality and adjusting to the likes of the homeowner.

Many of the older homes feature plaster. Concrete pools are the oldest form of pools - digging a hole in the ground, lining it, adding drains, skimmers, cleaning systems, etc . After that process, the pool is shot with gunite, and then the tile, pebble tec or just plaster is added to the surface.
