When showing and looking for homes, home buyers with kids in school years are always concerned on the quality of education and school ratings the schools assigned to a certain area area.

Yeah, that crazy shift in the Orange County homes that is causing multiple offers and over bidding on properties? No matter what the price range is?? I did too. We’ll have to see if it’s a blip on the radar or if it lasts through the summer, but for now, its reality. So, if you find a property you want, chances are likely that so have 20 other people. How do you win? It’s tough. You have to be ready to step up and probably pay more than the comparable sales. That’s a hard one to swallow, I know.
