The California State Parks & Doheny State Beach Interpretive Association are bringing back the 17th annual DOHENY SURF & ART FESTIVAL 201. This is free festival consisting of a two-day celebration of the Southern California surfing lifestyle.

  • Where: Doheny State Beach 

Activities will include:

  • Surfers Vendor Village -Surfers Art & Collectibles
  • Menehune (kids) Surf Contest- 60’s Surf Contest
  • Tandem Exhibition – Surf Tricks Exhibition
  • Local Surfboard Shops – Beer Garden
  • Live Music – Polynesian Dancing – Great Food
  • Healthy Living Demonstrations
  • Classic Longboard Exhibit – and MORE!

VFW Post 9934 and the City of Dana Point will present a beautiful Memorial Day Service in Pines Park honoring the sacrifices made by our nation to earn our freedom. A special part of this program is the "Boots and Rifle" ceremony conducted by officers of Post 9934, and the bugle call, TAPS. The Downtown Business Association is hosting their 24th Annual Car Show in downtown San Clemente on Avenida Del Mar. The show is free to the public and boasts 300 quality show cars on exhibit from classic to exotic and also vintage trailers to view. This family friendly event includes live entertainment, a beer, wine & mimosa garden, food trucks, vendors, and children’s activities.
