The Marblehead Trail, or the Sea Summit Trail is a reality now, adding 4 miles of public hiking trails with gorgeous views to the city of San Clemente.

Walkers, joggers and bicyclists who enjoy San Clemente’s 2.3-mile beach trail may soon want to add “Sea Summit” to their favored exercise spots.  Users will be able to walk the beach trail from Calafia Beach to North Beach and cross El Camino Real at the city’s oceanfront Metrolink station to access the trails at Sea Summit.

On a tall bluff overlooking the Pacific, Taylor Morrison Homes completed this trail, which has 4 miles of public hiking as part of a 309-home San Clemente community and has been renamed Sea Summit ( Check out current San Clemente Homes for Sale).

Trail walkers will enjoy a entire forefront of the coastal plateau as open space. Ocean-view homes will be set back from the bluff, leaving unobstructed open space.
