September marks the back to school time, the beginning of the Fall and beginning of football season as many others. For us, lucky ones living in the beautiful coastal cities of Orange County, marks and end: the end of the crowds.
The crowds come from everywhere: whether is inland, other states or other countries, many local residents enjoy the fall much more than the summer due to that 'liberation' feeling. A nice and empty parking spot. Not waiting in line in front of San Onofre. Not looking endlessly for a an empty spot at the beach.
Summer is always a reminder of something we take for granted too: the beautiful uncrowded beaches. Yet some places seem to always have crowds regardless of the time of the year, there's many beaches in Orange County that remain unknown for the non-locals and are one of the main reasons many people live in coastal Orange County. And how much more enjoyable and healthier living can it be, if you can walk to many places as opposed to driving? Our coastal cities have many amenities within walking distance of the main neighborhoods.
