Find the unit by locating building 31 Park in front of building 43 and walk through meandering sidewalk paths to front door. Buildings are numbered by builder parallel to Orange Blossom and there are maps by the mailboxes around the outer edge of the complex. GPS is helpful. Newer water heater in the cabinet next to front door. Entry is very basic but remember the best is on the inside and back patio. 2 pools, spas on each end of the complex. One is heated from season to season. 6 lighted tennis courts are very helpful during day light saving time, several basketball courts. Bathroom next to workout gym requires a key from Master Association as does the gym. Workout Gym in the Clubhouse is free to residents but each must submit a refundable deposit to management company.
