Alexis Bellino, onetime cast member of “Real Housewives of Orange County,” has sold a San Juan Capistrano home with a golf course view for $2.739 million. The home was listed in September 2016 at $3.188 million. The asking price was cut to $2.939 million in December.

The 6,449-square-foot Spanish Colonial home is set on more than three-fourths of an acre in a cul-de-sac behind a set of private gates in the guard-gated Marbella Country Club community.
