The Elephant Parade’s first ever appearance in the United States after successful appearances across the globe, including London, Milan, Amsterdam and many more, will begin at Doheny State Beach over the weekend of August 23rd – 25th where the entire “herd” will be on display. After this weekend, these colorfully painted art pieces will be scattered to various locations in Dana Point.
So what should we expect? There's going to be dozens of hand-painted, life-size baby elephant sculptures on display at Doheny State Beach. These beauiful art pieces were colorfully decorated by acclaimed artists, iconic celebrities and local talent, all to save a species now threatened with extinction. The open-air exhibition is open to the public all weekend. And be sure to mark your calendars for these special events.
