6. Is there any specific needs or facilities that you need to have close-by?

When you decide on an area, here's some more questions that are important in your decision:

1. What types of other properties are located nearby? 
2. What are the neighborhood demographics? 
3. Where are the schools? 
4. Are there nuisance factors?

Every property is different and every location is different requiring different information. Check out the crime rate in the area yourself, schools if you need to. Age of the house, damage, repairs, updates and when, research the area and make sure it is one where you can be happy.
