October is approaching quickly and although that means 'Halloween' for many, here's a remainder of some events and activities comin to our beautiful San Clemente as part of the Fall Celebrations.
SeaFest
- When: October 2nd 2016, 8am to 3pm
- Where: at the San Clemente Pier
The Seafest features a Chowder Cook-off, Fishermans Lobster, Business Exposition, Arts & Craft Show, Surf Contest, Children & Teen Contests, Childrens Complementary Arts & Crafts, Entertainment and a U.S. Coast Guard Search & Rescue Demo Operation all taking place at the historic San Clemente Pier area. -
Public Tasting
Spectators purchase tickets for tasting prior to and during the event and decide which contestants Chowder they would like to try. Chowder tasting begins at approximately 9:30 a.m. and concludes at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Carnival Colossal
- When: October 6-9, 2016, 5pm to 10pm
- Where: at the San Clemente Pier
The Friends of San Clemente Foundation will be hosting this annual fun-filled, affordable, family event at Vista Hermosa Sports Park. Enjoy rides, carnival games, live entertainment, food trucks, and much more.
CARNIVAL HOURS:
- Thursday, October 8, 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Friday, October 9, 5:00 pm – Midnight
- Saturday, October 10, 1:00 pm – Midnight
- Sunday, October 11, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
FAMS 28th Annual Hunger Walk
- When: October 16, 2016 12pm- 4pm
- Where: San Clemente Community Center
Bring your family and or friends for this great cause. Come and help feed the hungry in South Orange County. All proceeds go drectly to help stop hunger in our local area.
