We haven't seen new construction Talega homes in a while - mainly because Talega is almost built out, and also because of the recession we had in the previous years. But the signs are up again, and there's a couple of neighborhoods forming as we speak in the beautiful hills of Talega.

Students can attend schools close to home within the Capistrano Unified School District, including two elementary schools and one middle school in Talega.
