Alta at Talega by Standard Pacific comes to Talega's finest last lots available for new construction.

These luxury homes feature coveted indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces, large homesites and incredible amenities. It's location within the neighborhood is ideal, close to trail entrances, pools and parks, atop the overall Talega master plan community.

We haven't seen new construction Talega homes in a while - mainly because Talega is almost built out, and also because of the recession we had in the previous years. But the signs are up again, and there's a couple of neighborhoods forming as we speak in the beautiful hills of Talega.
