Did you feel it? All you buyers out there?

Yeah, that crazy shift in the Orange County homes that is causing multiple offers and over bidding on properties? No matter what the price range is?? I did too. We’ll have to see if it’s a blip on the radar or if it lasts through the summer, but for now, its reality. So, if you find a property you want, chances are likely that so have 20 other people. How do you win? It’s tough. You have to be ready to step up and probably pay more than the comparable sales. That’s a hard one to swallow, I know. But if it has everything (or at least close to everything) that you want, get it and hold onto it for a few years.
